WASHINGTON D.C.– Today, U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (TX-17) supports the United States Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the 1973 ruling that legalized abortion access nationwide.

“The United States Supreme Court’s final decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization overturned Roe v. Wade. Now, this issue is the responsibility of each State according to the 10th Amendment. I give my full support to the Texas Legislature and believe that they will make the best decision for our citizens.”
