Taylor Bledsoe
Deputy Chief of Staff

Taylor hails from the small South Texas town of Oakville.  He earned his B.A. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Taylor began his Congressional service with then-Agricultural Committee Chairman Larry Combest (TX-19) where he served as Legislative Assistant.  Upon returning to Texas, Taylor worked for Congressman Michael Burgess (TX-26) in an outreach role before joining Congressman Pete Sessions (TX-32).  Taylor has managed Congressman Sessions’ Texas operations since 2005.

Matt Garcia
Outreach Coordinator

Matt is from Houston, TX and holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Congressman Sessions' staff, Matt spent five years working for publicly traded companies Gevity HR based out of Bradenton, FL and Zale Corporation headquartered in Irving, TX in the Treasury and Investor Relations group.

Kim Locus
Communications Coordinator

Kim is originally from Kansas City, Missouri but has lived in Dallas for the last 12 years.  Prior to joining Congressman Sessions staff, Kim served  as the Executive Director for the Dallas County Republican Party, and then as the Campaign Manager for Congressman Sessions for the 2012 Election.

Flo Helton
Casework Administrator

Flo is originally from New Orleans but has spent the last 27 years in Dallas. Prior to working for Pete, she spent 23 years with Southwestern Bell Telephone as a secretary to the District Manager in Customer Services. Flo is responsible for community outreach and constituent service.

Jennifer Lang
Academy Liaison and Field Coordinator

Jennifer is originally from Des Moines, IA and holds a BS in Marketing from Iowa State University.  After moving to Dallas in 2008, Jennifer quickly became active in the political arena.  Prior to joining Congressman Sessions’ staff, Jennifer served as District Director for Texas State Representative Kenneth Sheets (HD-107). 

Patricia Pan
Field Coordinator

Patricia is from Richardson, TX and holds a B.A. from SMU in Political Science, Religious Studies, and International Studies, specializing in Asian studies. Prior to joining our Dallas office, she worked for former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay and played an active role in Congressman Sessions' 2004 campaign.
